Cardio-vascular assessment in phase I studies

The Task Force® Monitor  - comprehensive analysis of the human circulatory system including its auto-regulation

3 independent parameters (ICG, ECG and blood pressure) are recorded non-invasively, beat-to-beat and time-synchronized. The sophisticated software delivers insight into the complete hemodynamics and even detailed information about the autonomic regulation.

All patient data and derived parameters can be easily stored in various common formats (e.g. Excel, Matlab).

The following features have been built in on request of CNSystems customers using the system in
studies today to better support their need:

Anonymization of data

• easy randomization of data
• input of patient demographic data
• additional input options (e.g. fields for comments)
• various interface options for easy transfer of results
• various signal configurations (breathing, pulse oximetry)

Signal markers

All data is recorded and displayed

  • non–invasively
  • in real time
  • beat-to-beat

Signal Quality

  • easy classification through markers indicating the detection of parameters

Error Detection

  •  easy detection of errors
  • manual deletion from the exported numeric data files through reference beat number for every heartbeat

Professional analysis tool

The Task Force® Monitor provides a manual calliper function allowing the extraction of additional signal
information (amplitudes, timings, e.g. QT, QRS, PEP)

Data analysis on paper printouts available using standardized time scales i.e. 12,5/25/50/100 mm/sec
including grid.

Intervention markers

During the test, intervention markers can be set manually at any time an intervention is performed e.g. injection of a drug, drug dosage. The software recognizes automatically the measurement between two markers as a stationary phase and provides statistics of all parameters.

Statistic features

Manual intervention markers

  •  free naming of markers
  •  automated statistics of all parameters (e.g. HRV, baroreceptor reflex sensitivity BRRS)

Interface options/data export

The Task Force® Monitor provides a flexible data export

  • export of the raw data and statistics
  • Interfaces: Excel, Matlab, ASCII-Text
  • export of patient data and derived parameters
  • beat-to-beat and statistics
