The Task Force® Monitor provides a remarkable set of parameters for the rapid adjustement of pacemakers non-invasively, beat-to-beat and time synchronized , including non-invasive assessment of stroke volume, blood pressure and markers for cardiac inotropic effects.
The evaluation of the different pacemaker settings is rapidly performed and does not even need the presence of the cardiologist who can later select the optimal settings from the print-out of the TFM.
The improved and specialized data analysis possibilities enable a fast and accurate evaluation of all needed parameters guaranteeing a perfectly optimized patient management through real time continuous monitoring of complete hemodynamics.
In contrast to other common methods such as echocardiographic investigations or ECG, a measurement with the Task Force® Monitor is patient individual and represents a considerable time and personnell consuming system through its ease-of-use.
The special software application "pacemaker" by CNSystems offers a spike free detection of heart rate and stroke volume and also another set of parameters such as index of contractility, acceleration index, pulse pressure and dP/dt max representing a enormous benefit for the optimization of CRT- pacemakers.
